Job Posting Title Implant Wafer Fab Engineering Technician
Job Description Perform standard maintenance on 300mm Ion Implanters. This includes monthly PMs, Source PMs and address tuning and software issues. Skill development will also include parts management, including SAP along with 5S ownership. Strong computer skills are a plus. Tool set responsibilities include Axcelis 300mm High Energy HE3 and High Current HC3 as well as Varian Mid Current 810 and High Current HCP Implanters. Later skill development will focus on error recovery and complex troubleshooting such as wafer handling. A strong focus on safety as well as good communication skills (verbal and written) is required.
