We are looking for people who are dependable, will be at work on time and perform the duties at hand. You must be self motivated and have the drive to be the top producer. It would be beneficial to have an understanding of credit reporting and finance to some extent. You must be a team player that also sets and meets personal goals. Computer literacy is a major plus.
