As an ISP you will work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company?s products and/or related services. This will be accomplished by personally contacting and securing new business accounts/customers and demonstrating products and services to potential customers while assisting them with selecting the solutions best suited to their needs. As an ISP you are also an Independent Contractor of BPSC which means that you have the flexibility to perform your role from any location and to perform it based upon your methodologies.Representing BPSC means:· The opportunity to have excellent first year and continued residual earnings. · Realistic first year earnings of $70,000.· The ability to be your own boss.· The ability to work from anywhere you have a computer, internet, and phone.· Being part of a highly respected team of professionals providing services across the globe since 1998.Compensation: The compensation plan for the ISPs is commission based and has excellent earnings potential. Not only does the ISP earn for the sales in any given month, they will also receive residual commission for the life of the account. [Commissions are paid monthly]· TransparentOutsourcing Services: ISPs earn 11% of the gross sales of the services for sales volume up to $100K per month and 16% for all gross sales over $100K in any given month.*· Transparent Billing Application, Programming and Online Visibility Services, and www.WikiExperts.us Services (including Coudsourcing.us, OnlineVisibilityExperts.com and Yandiki.com): ISPs earn 20% of gross sales.*Responsibilities of the Independent Sales Professional· Establish and develop business relationships to generate new business.· Make telephone calls, send emails, conduct web conferencing, and in-person visits to present the solutions to existing and prospective customers.· Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.· Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.· Plan and organize personal sales strategies to maximize your return on time invested.· Keep abreast of the solutions, technology, marketing conditions, competitive activities, advertising and marketing trends and other elements involved with marketing and selling the solutions.· Reach, develop and sell to company/corporate decision makers.Experience/Qualifications · A minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales.· Must have the tools and ability to operate as an Independent Sales Representative including, but not limited to, computer/laptop, internet access, phone, etc.· Must be technically savvy and be proficient with internet research, video/web conferencing (i.e., Skype), MS Office (Word, Excel), and email.· The desire to sell the best?no ?me too? products or ?can?t do? attitudes.Preferred Qualifications/Experience· Experience selling CRM, HRIS/HRMS, ERP or related applications and technology is highly preferred.· Existing contacts with businesses with 500+ employee end users.*Commissionable Gross Sales exclude payment processing fees, sales taxes, and client reimbursements.Qualified candidates should apply at http://bpscllc.com/independent-sales-professionals.html
