Adult female Maltese mix needs forever home in Dallas, TX

This sweet girl was found wandering the street and landed in a high kill shelter in Bay City, Texas. We rescued her and had her fully vetted and spayed. She is heart worm negative. She would do best as an only dog or maybe with one other. She ignores cats but would do best in a home without a cat and that is quiet without a lot of people. We don't know her full story but she attaches to one person easily and wants to be with her person. She is protective over her toys. I don't think she would be a good fit for children but would be great with a single person or retired couple. She is approx 10 lbs. Housebroken and a real sweet heart. She has been groomed. She has long flowing hair if you want it long. She is approx 4 years old.
