1993 Custom Built Motorcycles Chopper in Dallas, TX

Completely custom built bike, done right nothing spared. Built in 2006, the bike was built starting with a Donor 1993 Harley Davidson 1200cc Sportster. Bike is titled from this donor which had 41,600 miles on it. Custom Frame was jig built and tig welded. Custom Chrome 8" over springer front end. The chassis rolls on 80 spoke chrome rims 18" rear and 21" frt, with mounted Dunlop Elite Tires [removed phone] rear and [removed phone] front. Drive chain starts with a 5 speed transmission, heavy duty cutch pack and yellow 530 chain. Connected to a 1200 cc engine with 883 heads, over sized valves with major portwork and compression releases and crane cams. Fuel gets brought in from an SS carb and intake. Ignition is Hi-4 with Accel power coil and Taylor wires.The other notable custom items are a hand fabricated seat pan with adjustable shock, exhaust and gas tank. Rear fender is built from 3 stacked and welded fenders for a strut less look but still can hold a passenger, stick on Maltese seat included. Other custom items included handle bars and grips, ford tail lamps, oil bag and internally wired for a clean crisp consistent look. None of this custom list inlcudes the paint job! Speaks for itself!
