Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Dallas LWX1093 in Dallas, TX

CFO needed for Dallas area medical center. The Chief Financial Officer oversees and directs financial management including, budgeting, cost report preparation, accounting, billing and collection and financial reporting and is responsible for managing and evaluating the hospitals financial performance. The Chief Financial Officer is a member of the hospital's executive team and works collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the provision of timely and accurate operational and financial reporting and the financial soundness of the hospital's operation. Must have a minimum of eight years experience in the field of accounting or finance, five of which must be at a supervisory level. Must have experience working for a health care organization operating in a managed care environment. This is required. Must have four year degree in Business Administration, finance or accounting from an accredited college or university. MBA preferred. The salary goes to 150K plus bonus.
